ORder your class certificate

After successfully passing any of our free-to-access classes, you are eligible to order a digital Certificate of Completion for $5 USD.

Before you order, pass the Post-Assessment with a score of 4 or 5. Your status will say Passed or Completed.

If your status is In Progress, Post-Assessment Pending, or Failed, you did not complete the class. Do not order the certificate until you pass the assessment and your status is Passed.

After you order, you can download your certificate from the class page in TRAIN after it’s ready. We do not email these.

We batch process orders, so it may take 24 hours for your certificate to be uploaded to TRAIN.

Titles are alphabetized by course number. Only order the certificate if your status is Passed (and not In Progress, Failed, or Post-Assessment Pending).

All sales are final, due to the digital nature of the certificate. We use PayPal to process payments; you may pay with your PayPal account, or check out as a guest with your credit or debit card.

How to download your Certificate of Completion

After we receive your payment and verify that you successfully completed the class, we will upload your Certificate of Completion to TRAIN within 24 hours. It will be available for download on the class page or in the Your Certificates tab of Your Learning in TRAIN. We do not email these out.
