After receiving one refund under this policy for a particular eligible product, any subsequent purchase of the same product by the same person is not covered under this guarantee, and no refunds will be made for such subsequent purchases.
For specialized certificate courses, there are no refunds once any written project has been submitted or the Certificate of Specialized Training has been awarded.
If you decide to refund within these 7 days, any for-fee classes or courses you completed or registered for during that period will be deactivated.
After 7 days, we are unable to refund payments.
